Judgments rendered with respect to defendants Grady, O'Neil and Sandowski modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing each sentence to a period of intermittent incarceration for a period of one year, to be served on each weekend from 8:00 P.M. Friday until 8:00 P.M. Sunday (see Penal Law, § 70.00, subd 4; § 70.15, subd 1). As so modified, said judgments affirmed and cases remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for further proceedings...
