The appellants were convicted of conspiracy to import marijuana into the United States and conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 846 and 963; see 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 841(a)(1) and 952(a) (related substantive offenses). The appellants enumerate five errors that boil down to the legality of the search of the shrimping vessel PAPPY and the existence of requisite intent...
