This case is before the court upon the defendants' motion to dismiss the claim of plaintiffs, Ray and Caroline Osburn. The cause was submitted on the pleadings and the briefs of counsel. In consideration of the same, the court finds that the defendants' motion is well taken and it is hereby granted.
