The Union and three of its officers appeal from a judgment of the Southern District of New York, Whitman Knapp, Judge, finding that they discriminated against the appellees, three black ironworkers employed by Bethlehem Steel Corporation in the structural steel industry, in retaliation for their prosecution of charges against Bethlehem and the Union before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission...
