PER CURIAM:

Tom Hicks was convicted by a jury of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida of conspiring to import marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952, 963 and of conspiring to possess marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(2), 846. He appeals that conviction. We affirm.
