This is a workmen's compensation case in which the plaintiff-appellant, Edward J. Allor, seeks a judgment for total and permanent disability together with penalties and attorney fees. There is no dispute that plaintiff injured his back in the employment of the defendant-appellee, Beldon Corporation. Plaintiff sustained a lumbosacral strain.
