This decision is occasioned by several motions by Compass Investment Group ("Compass"),1 a secured creditor of a Chapter XII "debtor", Richard H.M. Maidman, as Trustee under a land trust agreement dated December 19, 1975 ("petitioner")2 which challenge, alternatively, this Court's subject matter jurisdiction as well as the venue of this Chapter XII case.
