Automobiles driven by Julie Walker and Bryan Bignell collided at a rural intersection in Waterville Township, Pepin County, Wisconsin. Walker commenced this action to recover damages for injuries she and her son sustained in the accident. For her claim against the municipal defendants and their agents, Walker claimed that weeds, grass, and brush had grown so high at the intersection that it obstructed both drivers' vision, thus contributing to the accident...
