The facts are not in dispute. As a result of two separate and unrelated automobile accidents, judgments were obtained by petitioners against the drivers of two vehicles and, pursuant to section 332 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, the commissioner suspended the operator's licenses of the two drivers.
