The defendant was indicted in a two count indictment for grand larceny and for buying, receiving and concealing stolen property. The property involved was a "pulverizer" which is a piece of equipment used in landscaping and is pulled behind a tractor. The jury convicted the defendant of buying, receiving and concealing.
