MADDOX, Justice.

On August 16, 1970, Charles Ray Lovett disappeared from his home in Decatur. Skeletonized remains were unearthed in Sanford, Florida on December 6, 1977. These remains were subsequently determined to be consistent with Lovett by comparisons made by a forensic odontologist, Dr. Richard Souviron.
