NEWMAN, J.

A juvenile court petition filed against Joe R., a minor, charged him with two robberies (Pen. Code, § 211) and a murder (Pen. Code, § 187). (See Welf. & Inst. Code, § 602.) After hearing, the court found all charges true, declared him a ward of the court, and committed him to the California Youth Authority.
