Plaintiff below appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment based on facts stipulated by the parties. We affirm.
The stipulated facts are as follows: The defendant, Ronnie Kiedinger, who was eighteen years of age at the time, allowed Denise Keller, who was fourteen years of age at the time, to drive his aunt's car.
