TYSON, Judge.

Sam Dawson Baker, Jr., was charged by indictment with the offense of assault with intent to ravish. A timely motion for treatment as a youthful offender was overruled, and at trial Baker was found guilty as charged, and sentenced to serve fifteen years in the state penitentiary. Baker brings this appeal in forma pauperis.
