This is a jury case in which the plaintiff, in proper person, takes this appeal from a directed verdict entered in favor of the defendant after plaintiff rested his case. Plaintiff also appeals the trial court determinations that plaintiff is not entitled to a new trial and that defendant is entitled to attorney's fees under C.C. Art. 2315.1.
