DOMENGEAUX, Judge.
Bernadine B. and Richard L. Coco seek damages for the wrongful death of their daughter, Cynthia Ann Coco. The facts are undisputed. On December 16, 1977, Cynthia, 17, was killed in an automobile accident while riding as a guest passenger in the front seat of a 1974 Chevrolet Vega owned by Prentiss P. St. Romain, and being driven with the permission of the owner by Paul M. St. Romain, Jr., the owner's younger brother.
