PER CURIAM.
The judgment of the trial court concerning this land dispute is based on substantial competent evidence and inferences which may justifiably be drawn from that evidence. There are conflicts in the evidence, and inferences which may have sustained a judgment for appellants, but we will not substitute our view of the evidence for that of the trial judge.
