Plaintiffs brought a malpractice action against defendants. Defendant Kasal appeals the jury verdict rendered in favor of plaintiffs.

On March 22, 1976, plaintiff Daniel L. Berwald entered Grant Community Hospital for the treatment of a boil on his face. Mr. Berwald informed the nurse who interviewed him and his treating physician, Dr. Kasal, that he was allergic to penicillin. He testified that he also told Dr. Kasal that he should receive...
