In this condemnation proceeding, the City of New York acquired title to certain real property for a project known as the College Point Industrial Park, Urban Renewal Project II. The taking included 318 separate damage parcels, some of which were already owned by the city, but which were included in the proceeding for the purpose of extinguishing any possible liens on these properties.
