On December 11, 1978, pursuant to a plea bargain with the State's Attorney's Office of Baltimore City, the appellant, Benjamin Franklin Dishman, entered guilty pleas to two counts of larceny and two counts of receiving stolen goods contained in four separate criminal informations filed against him.
