On August 11, 1975, the plaintiffs-appellants, Jeri W. Boyer, a student at Lakewood High School, and her father, Lewis Boyer, brought this action against Sharon Jablonski (a fellow student), Damon Reinagle (the plaintiff's art teacher) and Eugene Myslenski (principal of the high school).
