This is a petition for review under G.L.c. 32, § 16(3)(a) of a decision of the Retirement Board of the City of Boston which upheld the determination made by the Boston Redevelopment Authority terminating plaintiff's employment with that agency effective January 21, 1974. The petition alleges that on August 14, 1975 after a hearing, the Retirement Board denied the petition and sent notice of its action to plaintiff the following day.
