Plaintiffs brought this action to determine which of the two defendant insurance companies was liable for plaintiff Thomas Mills's injury in a motorcycle-motor vehicle accident. Defendant, Aetna Casualty & Surety Company (Aetna), was granted summary judgment on February 1, 1980. Plaintiffs were then granted summary judgment against defendant Auto-Owners Insurance, Inc. (Auto-Owners) on March 17, 1980...
