This is a suit by Ronnie Longmire (Longmire) against Sea Drilling Corporation (Sea Drilling) under the Jones Act and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA) seeking recovery for injuries sustained aboard a tender anchored adjacent to a fixed drilling platform on which Sea Drilling had been conducting drilling operations.
