This is an appeal from a final judgment under Rule 54(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, dismissing all but two of the one hundred and thirty-seven defendants named in plaintiff's pro se Second Amended Complaint.1 We will not try to improve on the district court's summary of the numerous injuries attributed by plaintiff to efforts of his neighbors to limit his use of his land.
