Defendant, hereinafter IGT, despite its name, is a profit-making business organization, which performs (we suppose normally in a consultant relationship), energy-related research for the government and private industry. Defendant employed plaintiff in June 1972 at his then age of forty-four as its Director of the Management Sciences...
