The bankruptcy trustee filed a complaint in a summary proceeding in the bankruptcy court to set aside the allegedly fraudulent transfer of property to the defendants, the mother of one of the bankrupts and her trustee.1 The substantial issue of this appeal is whether the defendants, as possessors of jewelry so claimed to have been transferred, have waived their right to object to the bankruptcy court's summary jurisdiction...
