Appellant George Ware brought this private antitrust action under 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 14, 15, and 26 against Trailer Mart, Inc., d/b/a Columbia Park. He sought monetary and injunctive relief, claiming that defendant violated Section 1 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 11 by tying mobile home purchases by prospective tenants to leases in its trailer park.
