This appeal concerns the post-marital obligation of support owed by one spouse to another and to their children. The original matter arose when the plaintiff brought several rules against her former husband, defendant-appellee, to make past due alimony executory and for an increase in alimony payments. The trial court rendered judgment awarding to the plaintiff $3,192.52 in past due alimony, together with legal interest from the date of judicial demand...
