GODBOLD, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiffs Bauman and Smith sued Centex Corporation for breach of contract, state law fraud, and federal securities law violations, plus breach of Bauman's employment contract. The jury found for plaintiffs on all issues and awarded substantial compensatory and exemplary damages. The district court added stipulated attorneys' fees. We affirm the award in its entirety.
