Elizabeth Jane Young Chin ("Young") and her husband Kenneth R. Chin ("Chin"), appeal from an order entered by Chief Judge Mishler in the Eastern District of New York on October 17, 1979, denying their motions to vacate their sentences and convictions.1 We affirmed the convictions without opinion.
