This is a devolutive appeal by the plaintiff-appellant, ALLEN ARTHUR THORNHILL,1 from judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Mayes Brister, Larry W. Robinson, William Moroni, Clayton Grain Elevator, Inc., United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, Gary Mitchell and Walter Beebe,2 dismissing the plaintiff's suit. We affirm.
