This is a suit for damages for breach of contract. The Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District, hereafter LSED, alleges it contracted with the defendant, Chemical Applicators of Lafayette, Inc., to clean the No. 5 air-conditioning absorption chiller in the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, and that, during the cleaning process, defendant damaged the tubes in the chiller, requiring repairs which cost $47,060.
