Appellant-wife, Winnifred A. Cowan, appeals from a final judgment of dissolution of her marriage to appellee-husband, Alvin Cowan.

A. Appellant first contends that the court erred in not awarding husband's interest in the marital home to her as lump sum alimony or as a special equity. We agree.
