OPINION

GUNDERSON, Justice:

Charles Hansen Wynn appeals from a judgment of conviction entered on a plea of guilty to robbery (NRS 200.380) with the use of a deadly weapon in commission thereof (NRS 193.165). He also appeals from denials of motions to withdraw his pleas of guilty.

On May 13, 1977, a grand jury indicted appellant. On June 21, the district attorney filed a "supplemental information," alleging that the appellant had been previously convicted...
