The appeal is from a sentence to serve ten (10) years in the Texas Department of Corrections in accordance with a jury verdict after his plea of guilty to an indictment charging aggravated robbery. Appellant was also indicted for two other aggravated robberies and the three cases were consolidated for trial. The cases were first tried before a jury on March 27-29, 1978 upon appellant's guilty pleas. A mistrial resulted...
