EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Bankruptcy Judge:

There are two complaints before us in the case at bar. The first raises objections to the bankrupts' discharge under Section 14c of the Bankruptcy Act. The second seeks a determination of the nondischargeability of the debt owed by the bankrupts to the objecting creditor under Section 17a of the Act. We conclude that there is not sufficient evidence to support the complaint objecting to the discharge of the bankrupts...
