This is an appeal by John P. Huggans from the judgment of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Ravalli County, following a nonjury trial to settle a boundary dispute between John P. Huggans and Dan Weer, adjoining landowners. A sixty-foot wide strip of land is claimed by both Huggans and Weer.
