Stanley Passman was indicted by the grand jury for malfeasance in office in violation of La.R.S. 14:134. The indictment charged that Passman, as Director of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, intentionally issued licenses without valid testing or without regard to actual test scores of applicants and knowingly falsified, altered, modified and/or completed the examinations of applicants in order to insure the issuance or non-issuance of licenses...
