Robert Edward Jackson appeals the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus to set aside a plea of guilty. We affirm.

On September 29, 1976, appellant, Robert Edward Jackson, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d).
