CAMPBELL, Justice.

This suit by the Bank against the State, the State Commission for the Blind, the individual members of the Commission and its Executive Director, seeks to recover a money judgment for 13 months' occupancy, by the Commission, of a portion of the Bank's building. The trial court, after a jury trial, rendered judgment for the Bank. This judgment was affirmed by the Court of Civil Appeals.
