John Wesley Hoover was convicted of obtaining money by false pretenses and sentenced to twenty years imprisonment. His conviction was affirmed in Hoover v. State, 262 Ark. 856, 562 S.W.2d 55 (1978). On April 23, 1979, we granted Hoover's motion for post-conviction relief under Rules of Crim.Proc., Rule 37.
