This appeal arises from a judgment of the trial court sustaining an exception of no right of action.

On July 16, 1979, Russell N. Boyett brought suit against Dawn Trahant Ingram for unjust enrichment alleging that he loaned $5,000 in cash and delivered 1,719.92 worth of lumber to Mrs. Ingram for which he was never repaid.
