This is an appeal by Frank Szatkowski and Lee McGowan, the defendants in the trial court, from an order of the District Court of Cameron County, Texas, which enjoined them from selling certain real property in Cameron County at a trustee's sale under a deed of trust. Carlos Pasol and Jovita Pasol, his wife, the owners of the real property in question, who were the plaintiffs in the trial court, are residents of Mexico City. The...
