Plaintiffs filed this action to annul an inter vivos donation of immovable property made to defendant by J. S. Lord, Sr. and his wife Clarabell Lord. Plaintiffs, Clarabell Lord and the heirs of the now deceased J. S. Lord, Sr., argue that the donation should be annulled because the donee was an unincorporated association at the time of the donation and, as such, was incapable of accepting the donation...
