Appellant, Webster Parish School Board, appeals a judgment rendered in this declaratory judgment action initiated by it requiring appellant "to pay those teachers of exceptional children who are currently receiving ten per cent supplemental pay, the supplemental pay they are now receiving." Appellant made defendants in this declaratory judgment action the Attorney General of the State of Louisiana and forty-four teachers of exceptional children...
