The defendant was convicted of sexual assault on a child by the use of force, intimidation or threat, a class 3 felony. Section 18-3-405, C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 8). The victim, the defendant's eleven-year-old daughter, testified at trial that the defendant entered her bedroom late one evening and had sexual contact with her.
