This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court, finding in favor of defendant and dismissing the plaintiff's and intervenor's claims. On September 3, 1975, Randy Salez filed this action, seeking damages in the amount of $30,000.00, for injuries sustained by him on September 3, 1974, when he allegedly was hit by a bus owned by the defendant and driven by defendant's employee.
