Community Coalition for Media Change (CCMC), a San Francisco Bay area media watchdog group, petitioned to deny the license renewal application of Buckley Broadcasting Corporation of California for classical music station KKHI. The Broadcast Bureau, and subsequently the Commission on petition for reconsideration, rejected CCMC's charges as insufficiently specific and inadequately documented to warrant inquiry.
