This writ was granted to review the denial of the claim of Mrs. Wanda T. Bolleter for damages for malicious prosecution. Plaintiff bank brought suit on a note on October 8, 1976 against Mr. and Mrs. Bolleter. Mrs. Bolleter answered, alleging that her signature was a forgery, and reconvened, claiming damages for harassment by employees of the bank in their efforts to collect the note.
